I’m sharing these numbers first so you can clearly see the benefit of the SGO program. In addition, a Federal SGO is expected to be available in FY27, further supporting families with tuition assistance.

Rosecrans is mission-driven and rooted in a Christocentric vision—supporting your family as we prepare students for the years ahead. Our current per-student cost to educate is nearly $15,000. The gap between the true cost and tuition is bridged through community and private support of our mission. As more families participate in SGO opportunities (and future federal support), that gap can shrink—meaning:

  • retention and support for teachers and staff through competitive compensation
  • expanded resources for students, and
  • improvements to programs and facilities to remain competitive with Public Schools

2026–2027 Tuition Breakdown

  • Tuition: $9,280 (9% increase)
  • Student Fees:

    1. Administration (FACTS $12 service fee removed): $30 (increase of $18)
    2. Technology Fee: $45
    3. Retreat Fee: $45 (current cost)

  • Total Student Fees: $120
  • Total 2026–2027 Tuition + Fees: $9,400 (does not include Athletic Fee per season $65)

Game Pass Update: In previous years, families purchased a family pass for $300. For 2026–2027, this rate will be $225.

Thank you for your partnership and continued support of our mission. Our priority is access to education, and each year we evaluate all opportunities to ensure every family can send their child(ren) to Rosecrans. Please reach out at any time should you have any questions or concerns. Thank you again for partnering with us, looking to faith and reason, to help cultivate generations of students in a personal encounter with Jesus Christ and the academic skills to excel in their futures.

SCRIP Program

Bishops' Tuition Credit Program
SCRIP is a term that means "substitute money". Gift cards are purchased at face value and used like cash. With every purchase you earn revenue, a percentage of which may be applied to your student's tuition. You can use this system to your advantage by buying SCRIP cards at stores, restaurants or gas stations that you already frequent and earning "free money" that goes toward tuition.
Gift cards are available in the SCRIP office at the high school or online.
