Philosophy
Firmly grounded in the sacred teaching that every human soul is created in the Imago Dei, fashioned in the likeness of Almighty God, and redeemed by the Most Sacred Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ—embodied in our venerable motto, “Mors Christi, Vita Mea”—our mission is to form devout disciples steadfast in the immutable doctrines of Holy Mother Church and illumined by the Dominican charism.
Through a Christocentric education which earnestly pursues Veritas (Truth), cultivates holy Contemplation (Contemplare), and enkindles generous Charity (Caritas), and by fostering the cardinal virtues of Prudence, Justice, Fortitude, and Temperance, we labor to prepare young men and women to reflect faithfully the living image of Christ in the world.
Thus, we proclaim the fundamental reason for our mission: it is by participation in Christ’s redemptive death—Mors Christi—that we are granted true and eternal life—Vita Mea—and it is this life, renewed in God’s image and adorned with virtue, that we seek to form and impart.
Vision Statement
We behold a community of faithful scholars and saints, illumined by the radiant light of Christ crucified and risen, who embrace their exalted dignity as bearers of the divine Image of God. Formed in the wisdom of St. Dominic and St. Thomas Aquinas, and rooted firmly in the sacred Tradition of the Church, our pupils ardently pursue Truth, deepen their union with God through prayerful Contemplation, and manifest the virtue of selfless Charity.
By steadfastly embodying the cardinal virtues, they stand as valiant witnesses of the Gospel, living as authentic disciples united to Christ in His death and resurrection, thereby bringing forth renewal and sanctity within the world.
Our vision thus manifests the profound mystery of our motto, for it is through dying with Christ that we rise again to true life, restored in His divine likeness and fortified by virtue to transform the world with faith and love.
